A video about the Brown Act, a transparency law in California. This video was made primarily for social media, so I wanted it to be bright and visually arresting, while not taking away from the serious subject matter. A video commissioned by the ACLU that details the U.S. right to protest. All archival material was sourced from California libraries and the Library of Congress.
